We do not allow face paint, glitter, play-doh, sand, slime, food, drinks, heels or shoes inside our zones. If it rains we don’t setup, we don’t refund customers but will credit them for future dates we have available. Delivery fee will be deducted. We kindly ask to remove kids from playground area while we setup or Takedown for safety of the children and to avoid delays. The need for a tent may vary (certain months of the year we will require due to heat). The equipment can get very hot if exposed to the sun for long periods of time. Our soft play areas are for 0-5 years old.
